          I hope they install additional lights at the basement parkings specifically at the far end. This will help increase visibility especially on heavily tinted windows, and  those that are more comfortable with reverse parking.

   Over stocking of supplies is not totally bad. It depends on the type of supplies you either frequently use and consume  or seldom utilize.

 
 Our previous manager left us with too much idle & slow moving inventories. To avoid such bad practice, we made a systematic monitoring of the consumables like oils,refrigerants & fast moving parts replacements , as well as those that are permanently attached to every machine that was rebuilt. 

 
 This new habit saved us a lot of time & money. This can also be applied in ones household if your pantry has a list of goods which you can categorize & monitor . So on your next grocery day, you would avoid stacking your pantry with too much supplies, and sometimes ending up with too much expired goods. 3

Neighbors that spend the entire evening up until almost sunrise disturbing the restful sleep of the neighborhood with their loud videoke/karaoke. The louder, the better.

I suggest that there should be a local barangay ordinance to monitor & reduce volume of the sound and the time allowed to use the karaoke machine outdoors.After 12, they should transfer inside their houses.

Or , you can also make your room sound-proof.

    Tube ice may not be new to us here in Manila, but for a fishing village in Iloilo, it is something new. The natives are not familiar with this type of ice, more so, purified.

    Introducing this new product to them raised their awareness that ice needs to be purified just like water. Not only is  the product  new to them but the process of making ice that needs only a small space having a complete package system including water filtration & built in  ice storage bins .

NU 12 ……………………..    NEW  PROCESSES AT WORK

          My company started as importer & supplier of rebuilt US Brand tube ice making equipment. Our clients are existing ice plant owners who wants to upgrade their equipment or toll processing owners who wants to produce their own ice instead of buying expensive tube ice from suppliers. During testing of completed machines, tube iced produced would just be discarded or either given away to neighboring offices or small stores for personal consumption.

          Residents of Taytay and some towns of Rizal are not so familiar with tube ice but block ice, except for some establishments and fastfood restaurants.  We were just the 3^rd ice plant in the province of Rizal, and the 2^nd tube ice plant, thus we started introducing tube ice. This prompted us to offer something new out of the old.

         Because of the demand, we converted our testing area to a fully equipped and sanitized ice production area.  We installed water filtration system to offer "Purified Tube Ice", assigned a bagging area, as well as storage freezers /cabinets for packed ice for retailers.

          Ice machine operators who are assigned exclusively for ice  production , instead of the previous technical operators whose attire are stained with oil & grease, are in white uniform with rubber boots and cap. We also added work hours to two shifts since orders and pick-up of ice would be either as early as 5am or as late as 6pm.

       Thus a new product and process of making use of what used to be discarded end product  into a very profitable product to help sustain the company. 4
