Hi Prof Jorge! I am sending new NU12 #6 because my original entry entitled "How to discipline buses and riders?" is not posted in the blog. I hope this will get accepted. Thank you!
Recirculating water in a household bathroom
Other than laundry area, an average Filipino draws more water by taking a shower, flushing the toilet and using the sink inside the bathroom. Aside from water, it draws energy as well using the bathroom than any daily household activity. A typical household would use 20,000 – 100,000 gallons of water in a year depending on the family size and number of bathrooms inside a household.
Why bathroom? Because water treatment is very expensive and it's better to start in an area of a household which consumption of water is high. There is already a study where bathroom particularly shower water to meet potable-water standards. On the average, we take a shower 2-3 times a day, uses the toilet 5-8 times a day depending on how hydrated we are, and uses the sink 5-8 in a day depending on our bathroom behavior.
The goal is start and promotes sustainable water process by recycling water starting inside our household which is affordable, easy and effective. What is the market? To every Filipino household which generally have a bathroom? Sustainability is responsibility of everybody especially concerning to Mother Nature such as water. Introducing this kind of technology to Filipinos will be effective especially on water conservation. Water bill is significantly decreased which is a good investment for long term.
The invention is a sure hit so it's better to have it patented for intellectual rights internationally. How it works? The bathroom water treatment system and recirculation process will have separate water tube/tank miniature facility/plant located underneath the bathroom that continuously captures, cleans, and recirculates 70-90% of water used for shower, toilet and sink inside the bathroom. There is filtration process to filter used water then heated to kill bacteria. It'll use 40-60% less power because the system doesn't have to heat so much with special mini water treatment. It circulates through the heat exchanger and mixes with new cool water before entering water tube as good water.
This eco-technology promises to its clients to save household water by 60-80%. Pricing range is affordable to average Filipinos to promote Eco-technology starts in the house.

Compact wrist watch with GPS and cell phone all-in-one < ala Dick Tracy
Smart phones have a fastest growing industry especially with Apple, Motorola and Samsung in the competition. The newest is the Iphone 5 which has great design, larger screen and better quality camera than its successor. The downside of getting an Iphone versus Android are high pricing, poor maps and ageing OS which I conclude the best value for money is an Android and so many free applications available which makes a smart phone more customizable and interesting. GPS is now integrated with smart phones which make it easier to carry and convenient to use. GPS is a navigational system involving satellites and an accurate worldwide navigational and surveying facility based on the reception of signals from an array of orbiting satellites. Basically, it locates accurately your position and how to get to destination. A wrist watch is a common accessory used today. It can be digital and analogue type which comes in different prices depending on brand and made.
Technology comes in different shape and sizes. Typical Filipinos opted to use a technology which is convenient, practical and inexpensive. What if there is in a market which integrates a most commonly use accessory (wrist watch), GPS and cell phone all-in-one? Would it be amazing, handy and practical to use this kind of technology? It is irritating to carry 2-3 gadgets around you with different purpose. Even a cellphone which is kept inside pocket or bag usually have security problems. Ths is a revolutionary all-in-one watch tied to your arm which is light, easy to use, and stylish.
This unique watch has a sim card located as the back and memory card slot to extend storage capacity. Peripherals come with package of wireless charger and headset. It maximizes the wireless function with use of infrared and blue-tooth feature. The watch is a multi-touch screen and toggles around the watch for easier access. Basically since it is compact, basic cell phone feature are only available such as call and text and other basic applications such as calculator, etc. It has integrated worldwide GPS map for location and direction purposes. More so, straps can is customizable in designs and made depending on the customer. The key ingredient or selling point of the one-of-kind wrist watch is provide its customer a stylish compact gadget which has all the basic components for an everyday use which is practical, easy to wear yet fashionable and affordable. This will change our perception of wrist watches which can now be interesting, useful and trendy as a daily use. 4

3-D Multi-Touch Tablet or Ipad convertible to Laptop.
Android tablets and Apple ipad is now a trend in tech industry. The primary function is as a platform for audio-visual media including books, periodicals, movies, music, games, apps and web content. It is lighter and smaller than conventional smart phones and laptop computers. It is controlled by multi-touch display and pressured-triggered stylus. It uses virtual onscreen keyboard display on LCD in lieu of physical keyboard. Internet and LAN connection uses Wifi and mobile data networks such as 3G or 4G for faster browsing. Finally, it uses USB cable for charging and synching of files and applications.
Why don't offer tablets and Ipad in 3D? This can maximize viewing pleasure of users. It can now be realistic and more fun for users for gaming, web content and videos. 3D mode is switching a toggle feature to 3D by the users for realistic experience using special goggles. For presentations and editing, objects or designs can be viewed in 3D and can be rotated by using multi-touch function. It will be easier and faster editing pictures and videos using human finger which can be viewed or rotated in all angles.
3D touch screen tablet or Ipad is no ordinary gadget. It is the LCD of a laptop which can be taken out or plug in anytime to physical keyboard rather than virtual. It is difficult to work and use documents files using tablet or Ipad. Plugging the tablet into an actual keyboard is more convenient and easy doing MS-office applications such as word, excel, outlook and power point. Plus, the tablet is being charged while plug in the keyboard. You may use the keyboard while working on Multi-touch screen feature of the tablet at the same time for revolutionary experience.
This is combing tablet or Ipad and laptop into one with integrated interactive feature such as 3D multi-touch screen. Imagine creating or editing a presentation using adobe application for architectural design with the use of multi-touch and keyboard for data inputs which will take you to finish in no time because of interactivity functions. 4

Universal Pill for basic illness
Pharmaceutical industry is multi-billion market especially in the Philippines. In fact, our medicine is expensive compare to our neighboring countries even with Cheaper Medicine Act in placed. Based on study, the common sickness for Filipinos are body pain, allergies and colds due to climate change recently caused by Global Warming. Top purchased medicines are antibiotics, antihistamine and pain killers. The average taking of medicines for sick Filipino for every 6 hrs is 3 pills which come in different brands. This is costly and heavy for an average earning Filipino citizen to burden especially the average prescribed medication of a doctor to a patient to take medicines thrice a day for 4-7 days for complete recovery.
As a concern citizen and business student, why don't we come up with a generic universal medicine for antibiotic, antihistamine and pain killer so it'll be cheap and easy for Filipinos. These medicines are over-the-counter drugs which can be bought anytime as needed. Sometimes, Filipinos take wrong type of medicine which is not appropriate for their sickness because of wide array medicines available. Universal pill can reduce or eliminate errors and cost effective for Filipinos available nationwide especially when it fall under the category of generic medicines. Savings gathered to cure common illness by an average earning Filipino can be put on food and education.
To produce this kind of universal pill, I will pool experienced chemist in the country to create a formula. Series of test will be done to ensure human safety when applied. Once approved by FDA, it'll be reasonably priced for reach all Filipinos pockets. I'll collaborate with local government and non-government agencies to reach all types of Filipinos. Partnering with private sector is a good move also so all local drugstore nationwide availability. I'll work closely with government and with media for product awareness and faster information dissemination.4

3D holographic display in class rooms of AGSB
We only see 3D holograms on sci-fi movies. Have you seen the movie "Minority Report" starring Tom Cruise? There was a scene where he was playing a video clip of his family in holographic laser 3D mode. The movie "Tron" used also holographic 3D laser effect in the scene where the father left him a message before he was abducted. Normally, special effects are done using cinematography using computer animations. Scenes are captured having blue solid background so scenes can be animated totally.
In reality, there is still no invention in consumer market where there is an apparatus projecting 3D holographic display. Holography is a technique that enables a light field, which is generally the product of a light source scattered off objects, to be recorded and later reconstructed when the original light field is no longer present, due to the absence of the original objects. Holograms are recorded using a flash of light that illuminates a scene and then imprints on a recording medium, much in the way a photograph is recorded. In addition, however, part of the light beam must be shone directly onto the recording medium - this second light beam is known as the reference beam.
In AGSB, we use projector for presentations, videos and document sharing. the display is 2D effect at the audience viewpoint. Would it be interesting and interactive if we have 3D holographic display in class presentations? With the special apparatus looks like a projector which emits laser having a 3D holographic display, Professors can capture attention of students make class discussions animated yet effective. Video examples can be shown in 3D holographic display which is realistic. Professors can still conduct classroom meetings even he/she is not physically present. How? Students will be in class then the 3D holographic projector emits laser in the middle of the classroom as If the professor is present in class communicating and presenting. The professor just to record himself using a special computer application for 3D holographic like power point 3D. Examples cited by professor are not just a plain image or video, it is 3D hologram which can be more appreciated by students. Flashback video may not look anymore a video but an actual scene due to laser 3D effect.
Laser will no longer use for industrial and entertainment. It can now be as an effective tool stimulating the minds and interest of students and make more class discussions interesting yet effective. This can be a future classroom approach in conducting discussions which is seamless and realistic even with no personal or physical appearance by a moderator. The disadvantage of this kind of 3D classroom assembly is only one-way communication since it is previously recorded. No direct or personal touch by a teacher in engaging more the students judging their reactions.4

Laptop with built in projector
Projector is useful for presentations. In fact, all AGSB classrooms have projectors for class discussions purposes and encourage students to make creative presentations. This is also effective showcasing our report or portfolio to a large audience by getting their interest. Projectors come in different shapes and sizes. It used to be big and heavy. Nowadays, projectors are compact and portable so users can present whenever and wherever. Usually, we bring our laptops and hook it up into a projector for presentations in class and meetings. If you're mobile, you need to always carry a computer and projector to present to a large crowd. Hassle isn't it?
A laptop with built in projector located at the back of laptop Lid can a breakthrough invention in the technology industry. Presentations are readily available anywhere and anytime. Videos can be viewed by a large crowd as you wish. You just need to look for a solid plain wall so it's best for viewing pleasure. Ceiling can also be used for presenting if you want to lie down, and relax to share presentations to your friends and families. You may use the floor also for viewing purposes just point the back lid of a laptop Indoor and outdoor presentations are now possible. The cons are battery of laptop easily drains out and viewing for too bright environment may not be appreciated. Photo and video editing are now viewable in large audience. This is useful for businesses engaging their clients for inputs for their work output in big groups and one seating. Businessmen will find a laptop with built-in projector convenient and valuable for on-the-go presentations. Can you imagine who revolutionary a laptop can be with with built in projector plus internet? You watch movies in big groups anytime and anywhere. Class discussions especially with young generations can now be effective and interesting since there will no more limitations engaging them to learn to any environment you wish. Interactive teaching in any setting is now possible to encourage students to participate more. Group research in large numbers will now be fun over the internet while using the projector instead of usual individual research. 4
Re: NU # 7 (resending and revised) - public utility electronic payment system

NU # 7 (revised)
Unified prepaid card for all public utility vehicles and new method of loading
Aren't we tired of paying manually? Going to counters/windows are so time consuming and efforts are just wasted. This is the reason why we move slowly as a nation and so much time put into waste instead of making it productive. Most of us commute with public utility vehicles such as trains, busses, jeepneys and taxis and others. Isn't convenient, fun and efficient if we pay electronically? Telecommunication companies and PUV operators tried electronically paying process such as GPASS of MRT and so forth which was unsuccessful simply because it is not unified, multi-purpose and easy. Filipino by nature is traditional and resists change but can be easily educated.
As an entrepreneur, I am thinking objectively to change the existing process and make it more fun and easy using the unified prepaid card for all public utility vehicles. It can be use to trains, busses and all other public transportation so avoid delay, long lines and manual paying. The government must support and promote the unified system so commuters will be educated. It is like saying "it is more fun commuting in the Philippines."
Before a passenger comes in, he/she must swipe the card in the card reader to get in. Balance can be check using the internet or thru SMS. Load can be bought on the website and loading counters in the mode of credit cards and cash. On-line buying of load is available as well as SMS buying thru text with minimal service provider charges.
As for security purposes, the device or unified prepaid cards can also be transferable using via web or text. Load can be shared as you wish. It can also be blocked by the owner in case of theft using web by logging in your personal account or texting the command. Then the load can be transferred to a new card or other user.
When loading, the unified prepaid card has partnered with credit card companies, local and international banks and local merchants so loading will be convenient and easy to all types of users. It can be over-the-counter at local stations, online, and other merchants.4

Hybrid cars in the Philippines
Hybrid cars nowadays are the trend of automobile industry especially when we talk about our environment and Mother Nature. Toyota, Honda and other brands each have their own new lines of eco-friendly cars. These hybrid cars are powered by half electric and gas. More so, Fiscar Karma automobile brand offer sports car type powered by electric to promote eco-car can also be any type of vehicle we want especially when it comes on luxury. In fact, eco-cars are being promoted and owned by famous Hollywood celebrities and prominent personalities in the industry.
In the Philippines, hybrid cars are in the market but moving slowly as compared to internationally. Simply, eco-cars are pricey as compared to conventional vehicles. As per automobile industry in the Philippines, Filipinos for the last 2 years and upcoming show interest in compact and fuel efficient vehicles talking about economical. However, hybrid cars still belong to upper class due to significant price range as compared to economical conventional cars in the market.
Is a hybrid car really economical? Or there still a better alternative which is Filipino made? Hybrid cars in all nations are being discussed thoroughly especially by countries which have huge volume consumption of gas. There are rumours that big oil companies are exerting all efforts to block these type idea or invention because great impact on consumption if people convert to hybrid.
Have you heard of hydro car? It is powered by water instead of electric. This can be a Filipino invention someday thinking water is more dominant, cheaper and present everywhere. Water is recyclable contrary to electric. I've heard of an hydro car invented by Filipino long time ago but never been publicized or given much attention compare to electric. Hydro car may be an ultimate choice weighing the aspect of economical, eco-friendly and sustainability as compared to existing or other inventions. What I've heard the Filipino inventor of the Hydro car went to Japan because of lack of support by our government and private sector. Bad news for the Philippines since this may bring us to headlines and most amazing inventions.
If I got resources, I would pool Filipino scientist especially brilliant mechanical engineers and car experts and design an eco-car which can be environmentally friendly yet inexpensive pricing. Water produces electric right? An engine that is powered by water yet produces electric to start a car and give extra power. I will start introducing the special engine to public utility vehicles such as tricycle, jeepneys and taxis for testing. LPG engine will be slowly be phase out due to hazardous effect to human when inhaled and very dangerous of handling. Afterwards, our company named "hydro eco-car Inc." will slowly come up with stylish design and attractive features of the car which can now be marketable in the automobile industry. But before that, we'll register our invention in the international patent organization to protect our intellectual rights. Now, we can accept orders of our hydro-engine specifically design for the existing players in the car industry. Philippines can now be recognized around the world yet make money out of it.4

Wireless charging devices
How come there are still no wireless charging devices have been created? Consumers like me are sick of charging my laptop, cell phone or any devices if battery drains out. Wired charging limits use of device in a particular area only. Charging limits us to work on limited space while charging. It may cause accidents in use of long cable and extension cord then tripping passers-by.
The idea is to use infrared or Blue-tooth feature of the device and integrate to the charging feature. The device is provided with a special charger with 10-20 meters radius reach of charging. This will give consumers mobility working or using their devices. This kind of feature may use the leading technology company such as Samsung and Apple in their devices and use it as their advantage. Marketing a device with wireless charging is revolutionary invention which can create buzz in tech industry. Imagine a cellphone or laptop is total wired-free with peripherals? Charging is the only time of a wireless device becomes wired. Technically, wireless is not totally wire-less when there is a battery issue or needs recharging.
This will eventually create idea in the appliance industry not anymore use wired devices and convert to wireless totally. I can't imagine an electric fan working which is totally portable inside and outside the house. Television and air-condition appliances functioning away from socket with no cord. Household will be now wired free totally. Cords can be annoying especially on layout design. Consumers usually hide the cord of the devices and appliances for security and layout purposes which will now have a permanent solution. A wireless telephone needs to be charge to its main device connected as wired. With wireless charging invention using infrared or Blue-tooth, we may enjoy 100% the benefit of wireless technology and need not to use wired chargers. 4
