One thing that pisses me is the smell of pet poop and pee.  We can invent diapers for pets.  The diaper should be able to remove the stinky smell of pets' poop and pee.

Pet owners should be required to provide diapers for their pets.  

It's not something that pisses me, but I would wish that kids nowadays can experience playing Filipino games like patintero, tumbang preso, taguan, piko, etc.

i'm living in a condominium, it would be better if they can add an area or amenity of having a place where kids can play these games. It should look like a 

street, and they can also have sari-sari stores so the kids can buy snacks. This can be a way to make them put down their PSPs or Xbox(es) and start running around.

One thing that pisses me off at the mall is when there are a lot of people and there's no parking space available.  Malls should also have color coding or number scheme for its customers.  They should also charge people who goes to the mall and don't buy anything.  Since the trend in real estate is developing malls with condominiums, malls should offer free shuttle to those who reside in the same community to lessen the number of cars which have to park.

Another are comfort rooms.  Fortunately, some of the malls have attendants inside the comfort room who regularly checks if there are tissue papers, hand soap, etc.  All malls should have attendants in their wash room. 

Malls should also have green initiatives of recycling water, i.e, water used in hand washing or dish washing should be recycled and used for cleaning public areas or watering plants.

One of the things that pisses me off in my office is a full cafeteria during lunch breaks.  The management might want to schedule lunch breaks

of its employees, i.e, those in the ground floor to 3rd floor can have lunch by 11 a.m, 4th to 6th floor on 12 nn, etc., at the same time, they should

adjust work schedules in a way that an employee would work for 4 hours before his or her break.

Another thing would be too much wastage of paper.  We should have a system which would serve as a depository of our work.  For example, for monthly reports,

we can save our report on a server and have it reviewed by our superiors online, users of such reports would also be able to view the report online.  That way, we don't

need to print copies of reports, and lessen usage of paper.  

Lastly, another pet peeve is too much cables.  Almost all of us work with a laptop, having one entails having a network cable, cable for charger and a kensington.  Our office should work on

having wifi on the entire building.  Also, i hope we can have laptops that have retina or fingerprint scan so we can still maintain the confidentiality of our files without using a kensington.

Also, i wish the laptop manufacturers can develop a product that is solar powered. 3

Imagine a job wherein all you have to do is to go on facebook, twitter, tumblr and other social networking sites.  In turn, you help companies to market their products/services.

Passion School

There should be a school for young kids wherein they can try various activities like painting, playing music, carpentry, cooking, baking, swimming etc.  The school should eventually 

help its students to know their passion in life and help them know the career they should be pursuing.  This way we can help eliminate lousy workers because everyone

will just be happy with their jobs even if they're not paid well. 4

SERENDIPITY WALK - TAKE A WALK ALONG A BUSY STREET NEAR YOU. LIST DOWN AS MANY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES YOU CAN THINK OF. JUST LIST DOWN.

1.  A restaurant which also serves as a lifestyle center.  There would be 4 -5 function rooms for groups who would like to chitchat without interrupting other people.

    The function room can also serve as a venue for meetings, small gatherings and trainings.  The restaurant will also have a business center, wherein

    clients can print, scan, fax, etc their school work, presentations or documents.  Outside the restaurant is an al fresco place.  People can 

    dine and spend time here.

2.  Beside the restaurant, there would be a day care center, wherein parents can play with their kids on their coffee and lunch breaks.

3.  The restaurant will have a deli, people who are in a hurry can buy salads, sandwiches, packed lunch during lunch or to go meals.

4.  The deli can sell pan de sal, taho and coffee for breakfast.  It can also sell typical Filipino breakfast - "silog". They will also offer

     free delivery for those people who would like to take their breakfast while working. Since, it is beside a day care center, the restaurant can

     offer a kid's menu.

5.  In addition to the restaurant, beside it is a carwash business.  It is also owned by the restaurant owner.  It will give tie ups like

    if you spend 2,000,you'll get a free carwash.  Also, it will offer packages of coffee+pastries+carwash.  So people can have coffee/merienda

    while they wait for their cars to be washed.

6.  There should also be a taxi company who would offer a flagdown rate of less than 40 pesos, to start the competition in pricing for the cab companies.

    Their cabs will be wi-fi ready.  There would also be a foldable table like the ones in planes.  Their drivers can also sell drinks and chips to its passengers.

    In addition, passengers will be offered with cold towels for refreshment.

7.  In the same community, there would be a hardware.  OTher than selling supplies, the hardware store also offers services to fix and/or maintain houses.

    The same hardware will also be open to customized furnitures as requested by its customers. 

8.  There would also be a day care center for pets.  Your pets will be trained with tricks, walked and fed.

9.  On the penthouse in the highest building in the community is a spa.  The view will be overlooking the entire cityscape. The spa will also serve as a wellness

    center.  It will offer healthy dishes and will have a gym.  The gym will offer fun classes such as suspension training, dance classes, etc.
