Innovative Photo Studio for Kids
I do have a passion for kids and i love entertaining or creating a party for them. I believe any business that focusing on children could be good business idea, because as we all know children could influence their parent's buying decision.
We currently have a photo studio, but we wanted to me more than just a camera specialist, we wanted to be more creative and innovative in our service. A photo studio with innovative settings not only attracts children but also their parents and adults.
My idea is to create a mobile photo studio for children. I know that there are a lot of photo booth businesses today but my idea is basically focus on providing a full customized studio set-up in every events for kids, where there its party or a school gathering. This will give them photo shoot experience anywhere they wanted it to be.

3. 24 Hours Market
I went to Bangkok, Thailand and I keep on coming back because of their night markets where I can explore a different kind of creative products in a flexible price tags, browsing everything from tourist tack to authentic antiques.
I am thinking why don't adapt the same shopping experience here in the Philippines. A 24 hours district where both locals and foreigners can go and experience authentic Filipino foods, shops product at very low prices. Yes, we have Divisoria Mall but that place should be more safer for people, relaxing and entertaining.3
4. Milk Shop
Coffee shop and Tea shop is very booming business now a day. It became a regular part of many people's daily routine. This business is exploring different flavours with special twist like putting a zago or any dressing like caramel or chocolate. If coffee and tea are growing why don't we introduce a special MILK shake. Same with coffee and tea we will also package it with different flavours, dressing and special presentations. I believe it is also effective if we will provide customers a relaxing mood or tambayan zone.3
5. Authentic Ilocano Restaurant in Manila
Another idea that came in to my mind is putting up small restaurants that cater authentic Ilocano foods. I am not an Ilocano but I enjoyed their food. So I wanted to establish a restaurant where everything is authentic like the restaurant set-up will give you an Ilocos Norte mood, the sauces are all made in Ilocos, every food specialties like Bagnet, Pinakbet, Diningding, etc. are all available and guaranteed made in Ilocos Norte. With this,people can still have a feel of Ilocos even if they are in Metro Manila.3

Just like a typical air purifier device which removed contaminants from the air. These helps remove bacteria, pollen, animal dander and other pollutants. This is very useful especially for those people who always work beside computers. This will help workers be more productive even if they are in an environment that are exposed in pollutions. 4
7. Macro / Micro Lenses for Camera phones
All professional photographers know the importance of using different lenses. A good lens means everything getting the right shot. Perhaps the camera phones is the most searched keyword when it comes to mobile phones, as the camera phones are a rage in the mobile phone industry and are so much in demand and are popular everywhere around the world. Now the resolution of camera phone is getting better, so it could be better if we can introduce different lenses for camera photos. This will give every individual a true photography experience by using only their mobile phones.4

Since our home is near to School, Church and small supermarket. I think having a small circle where anyone can stay and relax can be a good opportunity.

9. What pisses me off in the mall. Suggestion.
One of the things that piss me off at the mall is the comfort rooms of the restaurants. I hate the long queue, there is no tissue paper, no seat covers, sometimes there is no liquid soap or sanitizer. Rest room care is very important especially for the health. Unorganized bathrooms can turn off people from using it.
I suggest that at least one personnel should be in charge in making sure that the comfort room is clean and smell fresh. There should be a scheduled cleaning and a check list to ensure that supplies are complete like tissue paper situated near the toilet and washing area, a soap which is helps keep hands clean after using the bathroom, an electric hand dryer to make it easier to dry the hands, disposal bags for throwing use tissue and it will also be helpful if they can allot a space for baby care area.
10. What pisses me off in the office / what must be done?
The changing of personnel is any office could have a positive and negative effect in the whole organization. Skills, education, personality and job familiarity will play into how the office will change with the loss of an employee and adapt to the upcoming staff.
I am currently working in a Japanese company where employee turnover rate is very high. I see a lot of reasons why it is happening and some are:
1. Employees will be motivated if they could get a higher pay. I believe most of the employees in our company are responsible and proactive. We are challenge, like what we are doing but it seems like they doesn't get what they deserved. I realize that how much someone loves their work and believes in the business, if they are presented with a better offer they will likely consider leaving. Our management should always review the compensations being offered by our competitors and always make sure that we are offering comparable benefits packages.
2. Employees are bored. High-performing workers need to feel that they are being challenged and are moving forward in terms of professional growth and development. Our management should take time to meet with our employees and be proactive in discussing career and succession plans with them.
By understanding why we are experiencing high turnover, we can do some brainstorming and see possible solutions to protect our business. Employees who are well-compensated, challenged, and properly managed will likely to be loyal and productive.
11. What pisses me off at AGSB / what must be done?
What I don't like about AGSB? Well maybe the payment terms for tuition fees. AGSB is one of the prestigious schools in the country and our tuition fee is not inexpensive, so I believe payment terms would be helpful to most of its students like me.
The school can consider a two time payment to be scheduled every enrolment and a month before the class ends. They can also partner with different banks to accommodate instalment payment thru a credit card.
Payment terms will be very helpful to a lot of students and perhaps this would encourage more professionals who are price conscious to enrol in our school. 3
12. What pisses me off in the neighbourhood?
Homeowners' association has different goals and objectives, but basically its main mission is to protect its member and their property. The money we contribute to homeowner association may seem as a burden but the money paid often helps the homeowners improve the community.
It pisses me when some of our neighbours fail to contribute or pay their monthly dues because it affects the budget allocated for the welfare of our community. For example, our neighbourhood agreed to hire a security guard to ensure the safety of our community. Part of our monthly contributions will support the salary of the security guard. But because of our neighbours are not cooperating there was a month when we do not have a security guard and one of homeowner experience an intruder enters their home to stole.
Homeowners association has its benefits. The best way to understand their goals if to attend to association meetings or schedule time for an individual chat with a member. With this they could better appreciate the benefits they could get from the programs.
