SERENDIPITY WALK
1. While I was taking a walk in Merville, I noticed that visitors coming in are having a hard time locating the houses that they want to visit. This is because the subdivision have more than 1,500 houses. Most of the visitors lose their way inside the village. The subdivision can put a GPS machine in the entrance guard area. The visitors can just punch in the address and the machine will locate the house and will give the directions to the visitor on how to go there. They will also need to punch in their personal data (name, address, contact number and ID type to be surrendered). This is to ensure that only welcome guests are given access inside the subdivision.
2. Merville subdivision has a lot of parks and free space that can be used to benefit the homeowners. We have a big amphitheatre that we can use on weekends to serve as an organic market. This can open new opportunities to a lot of homeowners who want to earn a few bucks while mingling with the neighbors. Since weekends are the allotted market days of the homeowners, having an organic market there will be very beneficial. Homeowners won't need to get out of the village just to get organic products.
3. There are very few sari sari stores inside Merville. If you want to buy something from the store, you need to use a car or walk very far in order to get the item you need. In order to cater to the small grocery/store needs of the homeowners, we can put a store that delivers inside Merville. Homeowners can order via phone or by sending an SMS. Bikes can be used to deliver the goods since you will only target those living inside the subdvision.3

WHAT PISSES YOU OFF IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
Whenever I see vehicles running at full speed inside the village, it pisses me off. Most of the vehicles getting inside the village do not follow the speed limit. This may cause a lot of accidents involving children playing in the streets. I suggest that we put gadgets inside the village that will measure the speed limit of vehicles inside  the subdivision.  The gadget is attached to a horn. The loud sound of a horn will alert the driver whenever he exceeds the speed limit inside the village especially in the school or play area. This will also alert the village guards to reprimand the driver of the vehicle.3

NEW PROCESS AT WORK

1.    In the pharmaceutical industry, it has been a practice for medical reps to ask doctors to sign in their call cards/ call lists / electronic gadgets. This serves as a proof of their call visit to the doctor. Over the years, med reps have found interesting ways of manipulating the process. Most of them have manipulated even the electronic gadgets to make sure that they reach their target calls every month. This kind of practice does not help the company in ensuring to get the target prescriptions every month.
Instead of getting the signatures of the MD, medreps can be given an electronic gadget with a finger print reader. Instead of writing the MD name and asking them to sign, the MD can simply put his finger in the gadget then it will simply read the fingerprint data. The visits will be monitored in real time. The pharmaceutical company can be assured that the visits are authentic. This will also help ensure that the medreps are in their area during work hours. 3
