SERENDIPITY WALK
1. While I was taking a walk in Merville, I noticed that visitors coming in are having a hard time locating the houses that they want to visit. This is because the subdivision have more than 1,500 houses. Most of the visitors lose their way inside the village. The subdivision can put a GPS machine in the entrance guard area. The visitors can just punch in the address and the machine will locate the house and will give the directions to the visitor on how to go there. They will also need to punch in their personal data (name, address, contact number and ID type to be surrendered). This is to ensure that only welcome guests are given access inside the subdivision.
2. Merville subdivision has a lot of parks and free space that can be used to benefit the homeowners. We have a big amphitheatre that we can use on weekends to serve as an organic market. This can open new opportunities to a lot of homeowners who want to earn a few bucks while mingling with the neighbors. Since weekends are the allotted market days of the homeowners, having an organic market there will be very beneficial. Homeowners won't need to get out of the village just to get organic products.
3. There are very few sari sari stores inside Merville. If you want to buy something from the store, you need to use a car or walk very far in order to get the item you need. In order to cater to the small grocery/store needs of the homeowners, we can put a store that delivers inside Merville. Homeowners can order via phone or by sending an SMS. Bikes can be used to deliver the goods since you will only target those living inside the subdvision.3
