Please take a look at the blueprint of Taiwan for innovation mindset of its students.  At the forefront is the Ministry of Education.  This is done by education on globalization, and international exchange programs in universities.

Questions: 

l.  Do we need the same strategy in the Phils?

2.  Can we do it in the Phils.?

3.  Can the entrep class develop innovation and global mindset?
