We jogged with the office staff to a seminary in our hometown. We saw several innovations improvement:
l. The seminary is no longer just a seminary but is now a retreat convention center too. New business model? New PTM, new revenue streams? Non customers now on board.
2. Tricycle drivers have uniforms.
3. A warehouse has been converted into a Montessori school.
4. There is now a call center at the seminary road; it is call center at daytime, and does encoding at nightime.
5. Many households are now selling breakfast and merienda to augment family income.
6. It seems that events center for convention and weddings are in demand. We saw at least 3 such on this jogging journey.
7. The buildings that are being built are modern and use modern design and cladding materials.
8. The eateries along the highway have interior design and sanitary toilets.
