Fw: NU 12 #2 by Jennifer Orbeta

Hi sir, this is my NU 12 #2
Thanks!

NEW PROCESS AT WORK

1.    In the pharmaceutical industry, it has been a practice for medical reps to ask doctors to sign in their call cards/ call lists / electronic gadgets. This serves as a proof of their call visit to the doctor. Over the years, med reps have found interesting ways of manipulating the process. Most of them have manipulated even the electronic gadgets to make sure that they reach their target calls every month. This kind of practice does not help the company in ensuring to get the target prescriptions every month.
Instead of getting the signatures of the MD, medreps can be given an electronic gadget with a finger print reader. Instead of writing the MD name and asking them to sign, the MD can simply put his finger in the gadget then it will simply read the fingerprint data. The visits will be monitored in real time. The pharmaceutical company can be assured that the visits are authentic. This will also help ensure that the medreps are in their area during work hours. 3
