KID'S Bar
Kids now are more adventurous and outgoing. They crave for the sophistication of the adults and want to have fun (party) like the adults. So instead of being lured by the thrill of going into a club, my idea is to put up a club just for kids, aged 10 to 20 where they can mingle and party with their own age. Adults are not allowed so the kids will have their fun without being conscious about watchful eyes. It will have rooms where they can do karaoke, or watch movie or hold birthday parties for their groups. All rooms will have glass walls so chaperones and staff will be able to monitor what the kids are doing. The main area will be open for dancing, dining and for those who just want to chill out. Chaperones will have a waiting room where they will have a clear view of the activities that is going on within the club so they can ensure their kids safety. CCTV will also be installed everywhere to ensure safety and every one will be properly inspected at the entrance to ensure that no one is bring dangerous materials.
The setting will be pretty much like the clubs for the adults only that the menu and activities are regulated. There will be a variety of food to choose from the menu, may it be a full meal or just snacks like spaghetti, hamburger, club house sandwich, chips etc. There will be no liquors served, only juice, cola, smoothies, chocolate milk and the likes. The kids can do karaoke in private rooms. They can rent the latest movies (no adult videos) if they want to do movie marathon. They can hold birthday parties for their friends and have fun as much as they want. It will also have bowling alley where they can have a friendly game (betting/gambling is not allowed). The bar can also hold events like debut, soirées and prom nights. The bar can serve as an event organizer for whatever occasion you will have. The bar will be open from 10am to 10pm so that the kids will make it to their curfew, 12mn for special events. This bar will give the kids the thrill of feeling sophisticated and fun of being adults.4

Don't you hate it when your faucet leaks and none of you, who lives in the house knows how to fix it? Or how your garden is out growing the lawn and you have no time to cut the grass and trim the branches? Or you have to attend an important party with your spouse and the nanny is not available to watch your kids and you can't find anyone trustworthy to take on the job? Often, I see households, including mine, having problems looking for trustworthy people to do fixing in the house like plumbing.
My idea is to have a convenience service agency, As the name implies, the company will make life convenient for you by offering all kinds of services (legal and not immoral) to you. From small errands like walking the dog to fixing the leak on the roof or watching the kids. Unlike other companies who only offer cleaning services or gardening, the CSA have staffs with diverse skill who are TESDA certified to do certain asks. We offer plumbing services, electrician, cleaners, nanny, errand boy/girl to do odd jobs for you, gardeners, drivers, movers etc. The staffs are screened thoroughly regarding their trust worthiness and ability to do assigned task efficiently to ensure safety for the client. With this company, households will no longer have difficulty looking for the right people to do things for them and they will no longer risk letting strange people into their house.4
