PRANAV NEW YORK

The concept of PRANAV NEW YORK is very promising. But I think the owners were not able to set it up in a location that will best fit the concept. The target of Pranav New York is the male clientele. They should have put the shop in an area wherein their target clientele frequents. Putting it in Robinsons Galleria tells me that they were banking on the idea that there is very high foot traffic in the mall area. While that is true, they forgot to look into some minute details like the many entrance and exit doors in malls, parking area entrance and exits, and the likes. Setting up the shop in the third floor of a very big mall is a bad idea. On top of that, the area that they chose is seldom visited by the male population.
In order to cover the losses of the company, they need to focus on their salon services. I think they have a bigger opportunity of growing their clientele in this service. By focusing on the salon service, they can slowly develop a loyal group of customers who will go back to avail of their excellent service. After all, customers put great value to exceptional salon services. They should immediately stop the spa operations and allocate the space to expand their salon. They also need to add more barber's chairs in order to accommodate more salon customers.  They can also give promotional discounts to attract first-time customers to try their service and eventually develop them to loyal clients.
