Fwd: These 5 Things Flush 40 lbs. of Fat Out of Your Body

Free Weight Loss Video from Newsmax Health

One of the things we shoudl find out as we age is how close or far we are from our IBW - Ideal Body Weight.  We should be l00 lbs for the first 5 ft, and  5 lbs for every inch.  Thus, it should be l30 lbs if you are  5 ft 6 in.  The other thing you should watch for maintain is your waist line.  It is more impt than your weight.  A big belly means you have a lot of fat on your liver, heart and lungs and these can not function properly.  So you have to get rid of these love handles or life (unlife belts?) through some common sensible tips.

l.  Exercise to convert some of your fats to muscles.  Muscles have higher MBR and thus automatically burns more fats; fats perpetuate to itself.  Walking daily heightens your MBR

2.  Avoid fats and sugar.

3.  Eat fruits and vegetables.

4.  Drink plenty of water.
