NuIDEAS 3- Synchronized ID

Here is my Third Idea:

We for a fact have too many identification cards on hand and sometime carrying them is too tedious that's why I though of why not synchronized them in one?  (at least start for the working ones)

Details             :                       A registration platform will require every registered working Filipino to have a unique identification code and ID (with security features of course)

                        : This will be lifetime identification and can be used in transactional operations in local government agencies, accredited institutions and the like x
