A New Idea on How to Reduce Weight - Reduce Size of Tableware

A new study revealed that using smaller tableware resulted in lesser food eaten and hence less weight for the individual. New color (which some readers doubt) also resulted in lower food intake.

It was reported that the smaller tableware resulted in 9 to 3l% reduction in food intake.  The study is not clear on how this translates into weight loss.

Well it makes sense that when there is smaller serving before you, you eat less.
