Chocolate that Does not Melt

The Ateneo Graduate School of Business Advantage

A British engineer, Stephen Lennie, has invented chocolate that does not melt. It is the first of its kind.  It is called Magic Choc.Truly it is an amazing discovery, since we know that chocolate melts.  I know that some candies can be made not to melt by mixing with gelatin mix.  I learned that from a group presentation in Clark. It is moringa candies in the form of gummy bears.

This new chocolate format is bringing in millions of pounds of chocolates in sales.  I think this would be mostly from tropical, hot countries.  You do not have to reinvent the chocolate you see;  all you have to do is not to make it melt.
