Will the Samsung Apple lawsuit decision affect smartphone sales?

There are many speculations on what will happen after the landmark decision  on Apple and Samsung.  Will there be changes in the way companies will innovate or make their products.

The article at the Entrepreneur.com does not think that there will be changes.  Payment of the right licensing fees will only matter.
