May I add more notes as you make and submit your new ideas (not necessarily innovation)
1. Please make it your own. Please do not just report what you read or saw. Create, synthesize something new your own from what you saw, read, or observed.
2. If possible, the new idea must be concrete or actionable. There are positive action programs that you can implement with the idea.
