What pisses you off at the mall? What do you suggest?

Metro Manila has been swarmed with a number of malls recently and going to these malls is a toll already especially during holidays and sale. It usually starts on the road where you encounter the heavy traffic and you need a lot of patience to be able to reach your destination. Corollary to this, is the long line in the parking entrance coupled with long waiting in the parking area. If you are lucky enough to have a space in 10 - 15 minutes waiting time then your prayer is answered. However, if you're not that lucky and you've roamed around for 1 hour without a space, then it starts to piss you off. Parking in the malls has been a perennial problem. It has been a reason for people's quarrel to the extent of others losing their lives just to get that space in a short waiting time. It does not only waste a lot of your time but also a lot of fuel running your engine while waiting for a vacant space. Several solutions offered by these malls especially the bigger ones, include expansion of their parking services by constructing buildings with more parking lots to accommodate more clients. Others offer valet parking for those who can afford their price. And others still, maintained wider open spaces for additional parking services albeit, you just have to walk your way longer than usual to reach their malls.
The maintenance of parking services is crucial in malls because these people who have cars are usually the spenders in these malls. Thus, for the mall owners to be able to entice this particular group, the car owners should provide adequate parking spaces. In my own personal perspective, I suggest that the mall owners provide people a free ride going to and fro their malls. The idea is that they put pick up points around the metropolis at a scheduled time. To be able to use of this transpo service, the client just need to present their receipts from any of the stores they patronized in any amount. And of course, you can always take a cab or ride public transportation if you don't want the hassles in the parking. 3
