I happened to watch LIfestyle channel.  And the craze in Orange County featured Burnt Truck and their specialty are slders -  bite sized hamburger that comes in unique awesome flavors.  They seem to have such large following.

As the name suggests food is prepared and served from trucks.   Menu is unique and flavorful.

Quite a new idea in food service.  Who says nothing can be improved anymore in food industry?
