Have you tasted food cooked in liquid nitrogen?

Ateneo Innovation and Entrepreneurship "New ideas create more and better new products and services; create more wealth."

Another feature that I saw at lifestyle is food cooked with liquid nitrogen.  Liquid nitrogen is -273 degrees Celsius below 0.  And food cooked with it is quite an oddity.  Some of those shown (in roadside stall) were berries and fruits soaked in liquid nitrogen.  Popcorn.  Ice cream.

As food cooked in Liquid nitrogen is eaten, white smoke (dragon smoke) comes out of the mouth and nose of the one eating.  Quite an oddity and new.

As food is dropped into liquid nitrogen, it breaks down into tiny powdery particles.  These particles melt as they contact your tongue and mouth.  Say banana or cheese.  They say when you have tasted food from LN, you never eat food again in natural form.
