What does this mean?  In blogs/websites, in IT and TELCO, those who have contents would be king.

Now you would understand why:

l.  MVP is on prowl for TV and media companies;

2.  Why companies like Sony acquired a movie outfit;

3.  Why GE under Geneen acquired a TV company;

4.  Why Apple, a computer company went into content via iTunes?

For website, the rule for SEO and driving traffic to the site is to have content, a unique content.  As Godin says in Purple Cow, if you are not noticeable (ie unique) then you are ignoreable.

As in submission of NU12, group work,  or your business plan, if you show signs of just lifting article without your creativity and  analysis, they will not be noticed.  In blogs, bots will ignore your post if it sees it was lifted elsewhere in the web..
