Countless were stranded last night because many areas were flooded. Buendia area to Marconi area were flooded, G. Araneta, Monumento area were flooded. So with Pampanga, Cavite, and Bataan. Too much rain in just two days (since Sunday and up to Monday)
In the area where I live that would be Valley Golf area, Cainta Imelda. In Pasig, the Greenwoods area was inundated. Laguna Lake level is now at the l2.5 level. Baytown would soon be submerged. Laguna Lake has regained lost territory.
What is the relation of this extreme heavy rainfall and unabated air pollution?
