As I was looking into the Proxiwoo apps and the weather situation in the PHL (the announcement that Gener was just an LPA yet the winds fell down trees and spread debris all over the place).I thought that without additional infrastructure and cap ex from the government, weather forecast in smartphone apps could be the way to go.
True enough, as I listened to the radio, there is a mention of free apps for smartphones (Android or Ios) and when I googled , I came across these:
