Proper way to cook a corn     On our way home from school, my daughter asked me to buy her a boiled sweet corn.  Since it looks great I asked if I could have some to taste.  I was surprised because the corn was overcooked.  I wonder if everybody knows how to cook or boil the corn properly to keep it fresh. As a mom, I would like to share some tips on how to boil a corn and keep it fresh and delicious. First, preheat the water in a large pot just enough for the corn to cook. When the water is boiling, add the corn and wait just wait for around 3-5 minutes. Never put a salt in the water to keep it fresh and milky inside. After that, corn is ready to serve. So simple and yet not everybody is aware of it. 3
