NU Idea - Krastle Valderas -On Line Microsoft Tutorials for First Time Users

Hi Sir,
On today's generation, almost everyone, regardless of their age, knows how to use a computer, laptop, iphone, ipad, etc. You can see them using it to connect with friends with the use of social networks, to entertain themselves with games, music, etc. and most importantly, to become more productive in school and at work.
In the work place, the most common problem and complaints I hear is that they know howto use the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). These usually comes from Financial Advisors who are starting to enjoy themselves. Learning how to use this program is very important for them because it will help them monitor the policies of their clients and prepare for presentations. Unfortunately, attending workshops or short courses would take so much of their time and their kids are not patient enough to teach them.
I think it will be a solution if Microsoft can add a small button or option, in which the user will just switch it to beginners mode. Once activated, a pop box would always appear to ask them on what they would like to do. For example, copy a picture or paragraph, insert row, saving a file or how to attach a file. After choosing what they want to do, a step by step instruction will appear to guide them on what to do. Based on my experience, these are just simple task or procedure but these are the basics that they need to learn. Once they learn and get used to it, it will help them to become more productive. At the same time, it will save time and cost instead of attending tutorials or short courses. 3
Thank you.
Krastle Valderas
