Taxis can be hired by commuters from their current location to any other point in Luzon, unlike jeepneys and buses that have specific routes.  But taxis rarely pass through some areas, so the commuters there have to walk to the main road or wait for a long time.  The solution for this by individual or small taxi operators is giving their phone number for the clients to call.  But when the clients call, sometimes all of them are far away or unavailable.  This also happen to big taxi operators, although less often.
                To achieve maximum efficiency, they should have a call center for taxis. Just like the 2121212 hotline for food deliveries, there will be one number only for clients to call.  They will also be able to get their taxis faster since the call center is in control of all the taxis in Luzon.  While taxi operators, especially the small ones, will incur cost savings for outsourcing.
                On the other hand, the call center can also add some value added services like: categorizing the taxis by size, and keeping feedbacks from clients.  For example, a client may request for a Toyota Avanza taxi with at no negative feedbacks from other clients. 4
