What pisses you off in your office/What do you think must be done?

There is nothing much to be pissed off in the office but only the shallow things like the parking area. My office is located in Makati, a 10-floor building in Legaspi Village. The basement parking areas are allocated only to the senior officers who rarely go in the Makati head office since most of the time, they report to the Bank's Ortigas Head Office. I just thought that the parking spaces are not properly utilized and the security guards do not just allow other employees to use the spaces eventhough they know for sure that no one is going to consider the space. If one is to see the parking floors, they are often vacant. What must be done is at some time, the security administration should consider allowing the utilization of these parking spaces to other employees who regularly goes in the Makati office. I suggest that they provide the employees parking cards so they could monitor the usage of the parking spaces. If they cannot allow others, other than the senior officers, to park in the basement for five days in a row, they may give consideration for two or three days in a week. The parking card I am thinking about shall give an orderly process as to who are allowed to park at a certain day since the parking slots are limited. In effect, this card will permit regular employees to take turns in utilizing the parking spaces. I do not mind though if the parking card requires payment but I presume that the fee shall be much lower than the parking areas in the vicinity considering that we are employees utilizing and enjoying the Bank's property. The card can be reloadable so there can be straight access and it would not take time to pay and get tickets anymore. Hence, there's no need to hire additional manpower to check the tickets and fees as the card can easily be swiped at the entrance.  3
