NU12 by Boni Regis Umbrella and Fan in One

 Hi Sir,

For my second NU12 entry:

GAP:
-constant change of weather in the Philippines
-commuters bring one folding umbrella and one hand fan which is very heavy

NEW IDEA:
-Hand fan and umbrella in one
-automatic umbrella
-lightweight (up to 1 pound)
-length is only 10 inches
-fan is battery operated (battery used will be like the one used in our watch)
-can be used as an umbrella that stand strong winds and heavy rains
-can be used as an umbrella and the fan can be turned on inside
-can be used as a fan only 4
