NU 12 by Anton Pantoja - What to do with Indian Mango

Hi Prof. Jorge,

Please see my new idea for this week:

I saw how our Indian mango tree in Batangas bears a lot of fruit than we can eat.  We tried selling it but we only gained a miniscule profit.  Last year, we were not able to harvest the mangoes and so they were ripened and fell down to the ground.

Next year, we are planning to harvest them when ripe and make jam and filling out of it.  This can be used for cakes, pies, additive for butter icings, empanada, etc.  We  can then make other bread using this mango jam filling.  This way, we can utilize the fruits of our mango tree and make money out of it. 3 <Irvinga Mango seeds, African mango is used for slimming, the seeds that is >

Thanks sir.

Regards,

Ton
