Virtual Patient Medication Counseling

Patients would like to know how to use their medications but doesn't have enough time to have a long chat with pharmacists to listen to medication counselling. Given the vast technology, why not develop a virtual patient medication tool that can be viewed by patients. An application that would be part of the medications they bought that is linked to their mobile phones. So that they could access it once they get home.
Another innovative idea could be that at the time of the patients visit to our pharmacy, a pharmacist can display a hologram of the medicine dispensed, what it does and how go about their medications. He may proceed to room where he could access it and may push a call button if he wants further talk with a pharmacist.
This way we can ensure medication safety and at the same time, encourage patients to be vigilant about their medications at the same time ensure medication adherence by giving them better knowledge about their medications. 3
