Villa Medica Thailand

We had a business meeting with a joint venture partner at Bistro Mateo. I had to render an annual report on our business as we are nearing completion of our amenities.  The good doctor is from New Life Plastic Surgery group

Our conversation wandered, after we are done with our business on cosmetic surgery and stem cells therapy.  And he mentioned Villa Medica, which is now owned by a Thai.  The clinic was able to treat his child of autism and he bought the business  being super rich.  They give handsome referral fee to MDs who send in patients for treatment.

The group use organ specific stem cells from sheep.  They grow this in their farm (lab) and are supposed to be specific for certain organs.  They charge 18,000 Euros for a treatment course which is done in Germany.  This a tourism package and actual treatment may be one to two days.  However, the catch is you have to do this often. - annually.

Some notes by our doctor friend:

l.  It does not prevent ageing;

2.  The price is going down  -  from $20,000 to $l0,000.00

3.  Much is still to be known about stem cells therapy.

4.  Stem cells therapy is the wave of the future.
