NU 12 #3 by: small runner alien SERENDIPITY WALK: along Marcos Hway ,Antipolo City MBAH10B HO4 ENTREP Target market- residents of executive villages along the area Location- stretch of Marcos highway Antipolo ( executive villages, homes around ) 1. Car wash - for car owners always on the go for whole day's work. 2. Photocopier shop - for students living within the vicinity. 3. Pet shop - many village residents within the area have pets, usually maintained . 4. Pest control team/ company - many of the homeowners have their houses treated for pests and maintained. 5. Bookstore - The malls are quite few and far from other villages, and not accessible if the village is in the opposite side or end of the hi way .It's hard to get emergency school supplies for the students living nearby. 6. School supplies store - for emergency purchase. 7. Coffee / Pastry shop - After a hard day's work, people want something perky away from the usual fast food chains. 9. Bakeshop - residents need a place to buy hot pandesal, loaf bread etc. 10.Barber shop - Usually malls would be farther and jam packed of customers having their haircuts. 11. Medical laboratory/ Clinic - many hospitals are being built around the area and later on spillovers from it would need a place for consultation and lab. Work ups. 10. Internet cafe - Most of the time wifi connections at home bugs down, and it becomes a necessity for school and office works. 11. Pharmacy - no nearby mercury drug stores and the like... 12. Pansitan ( Bilao ) - For busy homeowners, when guests come or dining needs more, a pansit store would be convenient for all. 13. Ice cream house - very much craved for especially after meals and dinner, just for bonding. 3.5
