MALL PARKING
One of the perennial problems facing the ever eager shopper, specially during sales. The search for the best valued item on sale begins with the hunt for that golden parking space.
Sometimes, i drop by the mall just to purchase a specific item or two, either in the grocery, bookstore or in the hardware, and usually looking for a parking space takes more time than my actual stay at the mall to buy the items.
So wouldn't it be great if selected mall stores offered a centralized "drive-through" service for those quick buy items.
The mall can set it up this way; A centralized drive through service is strategically located in one area of the mall. It should have access to the popular house brand grocery store, hardware, bookstore, pharmacy items and other specified items. The customer drives through an ordering station first, where he/ she places the order which is displayed on an order screen for the customer to verify. Once the order is placed, the order is "assembled" and the customer pays for the items and claims it in the next station.
This is highly convenient for customers who just need to purchase few specific items, and can help decongest the parking problem. 4
