NU12 #4 - Clothes Greenhouse solar drier

Here in the Philippines, typhoons are not new. Our country experience 20+ typhoons in a single year. Add to that the rains during the rainy season. Every time the sun is hiding our helper has to think twice if she will do the laundry for the day. Wet clothes that are not properly dried has an awful smell, and we all hate that. It makes us unhygienic and it can drive people away from us.

I remember that greenhouses were made to capture the heat of the sun to protect the plants. And so, I propose to have a greenhouse effect for our clothes. The greenhouse will be like a portable tent that can imitate the heat of the sun to dry clothes after washing. It will be placed outside the house and it won't leak water even if it rains because it is sealed. There will be a small motor that will help imitate the heat of the sun, it can be charged and there is a portable battery.3
