NU12#4 Where there's blood on the street, there lies a promising business district by Vinca Rosea

Every weekend we visit my in-laws house at the heart of Libis where they live in a 24/7 all day all night busy street of P. Mejia or popularly known as 'Libis Gitna' near the 51st Brigade Camp. Every time we visit on weekends, elderly people start the day with an early morning walk and jeepney drivers starting up their engines ready to go for a whole day 'pasada'. Later on, employees start to get up after a long night out and children starting to run around and have fun with their friends. There goes the women finishing their laundry hanging clothes to dry in the 'sampayan' while chatting with the people by the 'tambayan'.

Then suddenly a group of drinking buddies begins to have a petty quarrel which started from an innocent joke. Somebody gets hit and thing get bloodier. I remembered something from my Entrep class and thought putting up a: drugstore, reloading station, parlor-barber shop, mp3 downloading, internet cafe, tattoo shop, sari-sari, kapihan,
buy 1 take 1 shop, lima-lima shop, rent-a-tent, videoke 4
