What pisses me off in AGSB?..."LADIES DISCOMFORT ROOMS"

Toilet room or comfort room as popularly called in the Philippines is a place meant for "comfort". It is quite obvious that it  should be a place meant to deliver what its name stand for; meaning its facilities/equipment must be at par. Having been at AGSB for almost two years now, it still confuses me why the comfort rooms have been a source of "discomfort".
Here are the reasons why:
1. Fifty percent of the cubicles cannot be used since the toilet bowls are non-functioning.
2. The floor most often has leak which makes it slippery.
3. There are tissue holders but no tissue paper.
4. There is only one hand drier.
5. Not enough trash cans.
6. The sinks have leak.
Here are my suggestions to improve the discomfort rooms:
1. There should be a definite group of people (like housekeeping) in charge to ensure that the comfort rooms are properly maintained. If there is already someone in charge, then it's about time to re-evaluate if they are doing their jobs correctly.
2. The toilet bowls should be checked regularly so it will always be
functioning.
3. Provide separate trash cans for each cubicle.
4. Provide tissue papers per cubicle.
5. Add hand driers.
6. Repair sinks.
7. Place odor fresheners.
8. Conduct regular maintenance of sinks, toilet bowls, hand driers to lengthen the equipments workability.
9. Place tip boxes for the cleaning ladies who regularly cleans the comfort rooms.

I really hope something can be done about the existing conditions of the comfort rooms. The students deserve this!!! 3.5 (not expected in a premier business school;  must practice good management, what it preaches)
