New business idea: Holographic 3D Scale models for Ayalaland Projects

In working in a real estate, using a scale model is very helpful so you could picture the entire outcome of the project in the future. Scale models are just miniature structures of the condominium or the village. In a hologram 3D max, clients will have a much crisper picture, real feel of the future of the project. Remember that scene from the movie Avatar where they have a holographic 3D map of the Pandora? Its exactly the same idea that I want to be implemented to the flagship projects of Ayalaland, like Nuvali, BGC and other township projects. This should be installed in the showrooms of the projects.

Aside from a 3D view of the entire development of the projects, the inventory of the sold and unsold units shall be linked to Ayala’s real time inventory. So if a client will have a tripping in the site, before they visit, they could check from the holographic 3D scale model the available units/lots. The green areas are available ones while red ones are the sold ones. Using this, you don’t have to shade each available unit from the hard copy map. The client will have a clearer view on where the available units are.
