NU12 Serendipity walk - Athens Cruz

Ateneo Innovation and Entrepreneurship "New ideas create more and better new products and services; create more wealth."

I walked down the long street of Maharlika Drive to Fr. Masi Street (both streets are connected) going to our subdivision. Incidentally, small shops or businesses have started since this is one of the busiest street in San Pedro, due to the many subdivisions inside it. Here are the businesses I can think of for this street.
1. Dormitory for school teachers - there are 4 schools near Maharlika Drive and some teachers in one of these schools are not from San Pedro. The most common mode of living is renting a house that is about 4,500 to 5,000 pesos a month, compared to 1,000 to 1,500 rent for a dormitory.
2. Lugawan
3. bike rentals
4. vulcanizing shop
5. ihaw-ihaw (24-hours)
6. computer shop (near the biggest school)
7. spa and salon
8. small eatery
9. veterinary clinic

Sincerely,

Athens S. Cruz
