For easier access and a more
organized list of data, having a database or CRM –Customer Relationship
Management would be very helpful for the sellers, sales heads and for the
company itself. This proposed project will help us monitor all the generated
prospects, source of prospects, details of the clients.
NEW PROCESSES AT WORK
In Avida, we have this form
called Service Acknowledgment Form, wherein you get the clients’ details, name,
contact number, address, date inquired and preferred project. The form will be
signed by the client to acknowledge that he/she agrees that he/she will be
serviced by the agent, and it will be valid in 21 days from the date it has
been signed. Right now, we don’t have a database of all these prospects that
has signed the SAFs. We just have to check on the bundled copies of the
duplicate SAFs if we have to verify some data.
