I am working in a company that promotes SAFETY at work. We have this tenets of operation that was summarized as 'Do it safely or not at all... There's always time to do it right.' Process wise, we are very particular with the safety of all employees within the office or in the field. As a company that promotes safety all the time, it is necessary that our environment should depict safety for everyone. However, simple things such as hand sanitizers are not available in areas where a lot of people stay such as the lobby. I would then suggest that a hand sanitizer machine (like the one in Makati Med) be available in areas where most people passed by. With this, we can ensure that sanitizer is available to stop the spread of germs.

I also notice that we usually run out of paper towels in our pantry and there are even times that we do not have any in our comfort rooms. This may be due to lack of paper towel dispenser. Several employees tend to get the whole pack of paper towel when available. I would then suggest a paper towel dispenser in every pantry. With this, employees will not be able to get the whole pack of paper towel and this will somewhat minimize the chance of not having any paper towels available when needed.

Lastly, for hygiene purposes, I would suggest to install bidet to our toilets. This will help employees to clean their genital areas after excretion. Tissue paper is not enough after excretion and so we must have bidet to fully cleanse our body. 3

It is always beneficial to invest in things that will bring safety to all employees. As a company that is known for safety performance, we must promote safety even in little things possible.
