Smart phones are getting a lot more complex by the minute. Applications have enabled phones to maximize its potential. We have countless games, utilities, maps and gps and other apps never before imagined right at our fingertips. Furthermore, the wide access to the internet has made communication and information transmittance hassle-free. With the ever evolving technology available, people can limitlessly create useful applications for both entertainment and utility.

My idea is to create door locks designed for cars, home and office or commercial establishment wirelessly connected to a mobile app and an online account. Instead of having keys which people often lose and thieves always forge, door locks can be operated using your password protected mobile app and online account. You wont need to carry bulky keys in your bag or pocket since the mobile app and online account can be configured to store hundreds of doors and locks.

The most valuable feature of this application is the management of door locks. Sometimes, people either forget to lock their homes and cars or are unsure if they did so they go back to double check. With the application, you can check which doors are locked and which ones are open. With a touch of your finger on your smart phone, tablet or keyboard you can lock or unlock doors in your house and car. Your phone will also alarm you if someone unlocks the doors you locked.

In case you lose your phone, thieves cannot access the application since it is password protected. Furthermore, you can just log in to your online account and deactivate your phone's application. You can also operate and manage your door locks through your online account.

The internet has becoming more and more affordable and accessible. In the near future, we can expect everyone to have seamless access to the internet 24/7. 4
