NEW PROCESSES AT WORK

 

In work, it is important that the processes of our tasks are efficient and not too long so we could finish our jobs in the prescribed 8-hour time or deliver the expected quality premium service. Of course we do not want to render overtime as we still have so many things to do to maintain a balance life.

One specific example of new process in Avida is that house construction of a client can start if the payment has reached 10% already. Before, they will wait for the 20% to start with the house construction. Since they have noticed delays in house construction due to fast take-ups of projects, Project Strategic Management group, Construction group and Sales Admin group will be working hand in hand for the early construction.
